Incredible experience! They helped my band out in a pinch, got the order done just in time, and the shirts are incredibly high quality. We even had an issue with UPS missing the dropoff time and they helped us find the package so we could get to the next venue in time. Amazing shirts, amazing service! Thank you so much!

Upstate Merch was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They have real, old-school, customer service which is becoming a thing of the past. They sent us proofs in no time and had us our shirts done very quickly. I love that we were able to get American Apparel shirts. We’ll be using Upstate Merch for all of our future screen printing.

I’ve been using Upstate Merch as my #1 printer for about 4 years and I’m located in NYC... the crew and sales team are the best. My most recent project with them not only was another outstanding job, but it was way ahead of schedule. The staff not only listens to your concerns, but they suggest ways to better meet your needs and costs.

Upstate Merch came highly recommended by a colleague and we now understand why. We just launched our first line of shirts for our new apparel line Ave B Collective and we couldn't be happier with the results. From consulting to the final product it was a seamless experience. Dylan from Upstate Merch was extremely helpful, he shared his industry expertise with us, and guided us in the right direction with our print selections.

We have been using Upstate Merch for about a decade. There's a reason why they are our go-to for screen-printing. They're always quick on customer service, if there's a product not listed on their site they get it for you and the quality is great. I'm a pretty indecisive person and Upstate Merch always works with me to come up w/ a final product I'm happy with. These are a few of the many reasons why I'm giving them 5 stars. s/o to the team over there and thank for all you do!

Upstate turned my job around in record time, the quality of the print was phenomenal. Matched the colors perfectly. They posted our work on social media and tagged us, gaining us a great spike in followers. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional quality product in great production time.

Had the pleasure of working with Upstate Merch, they screen printed 50 shirts for me and I cannot say enough great things about them. I had the pleasure of speaking with Leanna who was quick with responses and very helpful, all my questions were answered. The quality of the screen printed shirts I received exceeded my expectations… We set a deadline and they delivered my shirts two days in advance.

I've been working with Upstate Merch for years now… Not only do the prints come out looking super crisp and hold up through the test of time, but their customer service is absolutely top notch! When you go the extra mile and get what's called "oversized prints", THEY go the extra mile and ensure maximum coverage with excellent quality printing!

We recently needed a run of three very different designs printing and we needed them quick! From solid bold designs to a detailed halftone image. The entire process from initial enquiry to quote then mock ups and proofs was lightning fast and so easy… We will be using Upstate Merch from now on, best in the business!

We cannot praise this company enough. Sarah is super responsive with orders and all of our needs for new designs, orders, etc. Quality is exceptionally better than previous companies we have used… As a construction company our clothing takes heavy abuse and the prints and embroideries from Upstate stand the test of time wash after wash. 10/10 cannot recommend enough!

As a small screenprinting business, we occasionally take on large orders that exceed our in-house capacity on a tight schedule. Partnering with Upstate Merch has been a game-changer for us. Their attention to detail and commitment to high-quality printing align perfectly with our standards… Highly recommend them to any smaller shop looking for a trusted production partner!

Great company. They put up with all my indecisiveness, helped me perfect my logo design, gave a great choice of shirt selection, allowed me to make a very fair amount of revisions and most importantly they far exceeded my expectations with the finished product. My shirts looked so good they sold out in 1 day.
