This is the style of printing you have seen for years. This is done with opaque vibrant plastisol inks. Unless specified this is the standard style printing. Standard screen sizes are 12.5” X 17”.

Oversized / Jumbo Printing
If you are looking to have your design take up the majority of the shirt, this printing style is for you. Oversized printing max is 16” X 24” and is generally based on your smallest tee size. Please keep in mind, Screens do not change, just the size of the garment does.

VINTAGE STYLE PRINTING
Do you want your shirt to look and feel like its been worn since the 80’s? Then Vintage printing is what you are looking for. You can send us your art already looking weathered and distressed, or we can do it for you. There is no extra cost for this style.

METALLIC INKS
Looking to get a shiny silver or gold ink, and want it to last just as long as any other plastisol? Then Metallic Ink is what you are looking for. You will get the same durability and life out of Metallic Inks as any other plastisol. We try to push this over foil printing any day.

SCREEN PRINTED TAGS / REMOVAL
Want to brand your shirts to make them look unique? We will remove the manufactured sewn in tag & replace it with a one color design on the inside neck of the shirt. Keep in mind that some brands work better with Tag Removal than others. When doing printed tags on white shirts you run the risk of the tag showing through the back. We recommend using a light grey ink when printing on white shirts to help prevent this.

Mockup Templates
Having a Mockup of your design is HUGE when it comes to getting your design to look just like you imagined it would. A lot of the time we get mockups from customers that are Cartoon looking, and are out of proportion. By downloading this template, you will have a more accurate image of what your finished product will look like. This mockup also gives you shadows as if the design is already printed. A good mockup goes a long way!
